Group Health Plan Chrysalis has developed several applications for GHP that allows both providers and patients to confirm health care benefits. Max Reader provides the average time the caller will have to wait in the queue before an agent can help them. Sonata allows agents to have the caller's screen popped to their desktop along with the call transfer to provide faster, more personalized service. Cell Reporter allows GHP system administrators to see which specific cells are being used most in the IVR call flow. The combination of these capabilities provides GHP with their IVR and Intelligent Answering needs. Currently the computer system is a DEC VAX running an IDX database. Chrysalis uses ChrysTerm for the host integration which allows the OPEN IVR to communicate with a DEC VAX running an IDX database over the TCP/IP LAN with a VT-100 protocol. |
