ChrysTerm Host Integration Package

ChrysAlarm Virtual Mailbox Implements transient mailboxes on the IVR. It enables a caller to choose to leave a message rather than wait in the queue, have an agent answer the mail box call and respond to the caller's questions, allow the caller to call back, enter a discreet PIN and receive the agent's reply message. The optional "call back" capability allows a caller to leave a call back telephone number and time.
