The Chrysalis Help Desk Demonstration is a simple speech recognition application that allows callers to open a trouble ticket.  The support technician assigned to the customer is notified via email and telephone that a trouble ticket has been opened.  A recording of the issue is attached to the email as a wav file and played back on the telephone when the support technician answers.

To use the live Chrysalis Help Desk Demonstration you must first register to get an account number.  After you receive your account number you can dial into the application by regular phone at (407) 386-3920 or by IP phone at **869 1(999) 142-0802.  To use an IP phone you must have a Free World Dialup account.
